Singing River is back in federal court asking Judge Louis Guirola to stop 152 lawsuits filed by SRHS retirees in the Jackson County Circuit Court. Judge Guirola heard a similar motion in January and decided to take the motion under advisement since the suits had not been served; attorneys Harvey Barton and Earl Denham served
