Celeste Oglesby
Oglesby has served as General Counsel for SRHS since June of 2014. She was previously Senior Counsel for the system from December of 2009 until her promotion.
Oglesby came to SRHS by way of Daniel, Coker, Horton, & Bell where she was an associate attorney. In late 2014 SRHS retained Daniel Coker to file suit against a former vendor, Jackson County Outsource Group (JCOG). JCOG is owned by the son of SRHS’ usual outside counsel and board attorney Roy Williams. The obvious conflict of interest necessitated the use of another firm.
