SRHS Trustee Allen Cronier Resigns

Singing River Health System Trustee Allen Cronier has announced his resignation due to health issues.

Jackson County District 1 Supervisor Barry Cumbest will have to name a replacement within 90 days to fill the remainder of Cronier’s term which expires in January 2019.

We wish Mr. Cronier the best of luck and health.

  1. I saw the news release and must say he served a long time. The remaining BOT members should step down because they will never be trusted and will always be blamed for the hospital situation whether they deserve to be or not.

    1. The better scenario is to wait until the elections. You don’t want the current Board of Supervisors to appoint a whole new Board of Trustees.

      1. I agree with that scenario. Need to wait until this group of men are invited to clean out their desks and vacate the office they currently occupy. They can be asleep at the wheel elsewhere.
